Alleged Terrorists Detained in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan has discovered another cell of Iranian terrorists, the Azerbaijani National Defense Ministry said Feb. 22. The ministry said that the suspects were planning terrorist attacks against foreign citizens, and have been detained.
