Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan are joining in a unified economic space. These 3 countries, already cooperating within the framework of the Customs Union, have taken a new step towards each other. They advise their CIS partners to follow their lead. The documents signed by Presidents Medvedev, Lukashenko and Nazarbayev, must now be ratified by the Russian, Belarusian and Kazakh parliaments.
